Why Play Flag Football?

Flag football gives every athlete the chance to be an impact player. With the opportunity to learn multiple positions, participants of all sizes and skill levels can throw and catch the ball, make interceptions, pull flags on defense, and run for touchdowns — all while staying active, building confidence, and making new friends.

Players develop fundamental football skills, including proper form, footwork, and route-running technique. With smaller rosters, athletes enjoy more playing time, more touches, and greater involvement in every game. This hands-on experience helps them understand how teamwork, timing, and execution come together on the field.

As a non-contact sport, flag football promotes focus, strategy, and decision-making while reducing physical risk. It also provides a natural progression into tackle football for those who choose to continue, supporting long-term athletic and tactical development.

Flag football is fun, fast, inclusive — and a powerful way to learn the game the right way. Let’s play!

CO-ED Program
Girls Welcome!

Girls in Flag Football

We believe sports should be accessible and welcoming for everyone, and that’s why we proudly encourage girls to join our flag football program.

Flag football isn’t just a game for the boys. It’s an exciting opportunity for all athletes to build skills, compete, and experience the fun, teamwork, and sportsmanship that make this sport special.

Our co-ed environment promotes unity, respect, and equality on and off the field. Here, it’s not about labels — it’s about attitude, effort, and passion for the game.

Whether you’re an experienced athlete or trying something new for the first time, our Flag Football Program is the perfect place to learn, grow, and have an amazing time on the field.

Everyone has a place in flag football — come play with us!

What About the "Big" Kids?

“What about bigger kids or linemen? How do they benefit from flag football?”

It’s one of the most common questions we hear — and the answer is simple: flag football is for every athlete.

Flag football creates opportunities for players of all sizes and abilities to develop proper form, footwork, and technique while staying active and involved. With smaller roster sizes and more touches on the ball, every athlete has the chance to contribute, compete, and grow.

Players gain valuable experience on both offense and defense while learning how to read plays, understand strategy, and build confidence on the field.

Young athletes benefit most when they develop broad, foundational skills before specializing in a single position. Flag football supports that pathway,  helping future linemen, skill players, and every position in between become better, more well-rounded athletes and teammates.

No matter your size, skill level, or experience, there’s a place for you in flag football.
