Training Staff
Training staff includes established CFL players and current USports standouts who are not only highly qualified for the job, they know what it takes to play at the next level.
CAP is the only true local gym for FOOTBALL players to get pesonalized training towards FOOTBALL!
What's Included?
20 x 1 hour sessions $245 (including HST)
Each structured session focuses on all aspects of football development including plyometrics, change of direction, injury prevention and a mixture of mobility training, weight training and High Intensity Interval training.
Each session will have approximately 22 athletes (maximum) and 2 trainers. If sessions sell out we will add more times.
We have exclusive times at the gym for our athletes as follows:
U16 Dates and Times
Mondays 8PM-9PM
Saturdays 10 AM - 11AM
STARTS Saturday September 7
U18 Dates and Times
Mondays 9PM-10PM
Saturdays 11 AM - 12PM
STARTS Saturday September 7
****No session on Monday October 14 for Thanksgiving Holiday
