? We're Hiring: U14 (A) Head Coach – Tackle Football ?

Are you passionate about coaching and mentoring the next generation of football stars? We're searching for a dedicated, experienced Head Coach to lead our inaugural team in U14 Single A Tackle Football!

✨ What You'll Do:

▪️ Inspire and guide young athletes both on and off the field

▪️ Design game strategies and practice plans

▪️ Focus on player development, sportsmanship, and safety

? What We’re Looking For:

▪️ Previous coaching experience (youth or high school level preferred)

▪️ Strong leadership and communication skills

▪️ Positive attitude and commitment to player growth

The @osfl_official season runs April through July, with six regular season games (3 home and 3 away). Practices are scheduled to run Monday and Wednesday with games on the weekend.
